IMPLEMENTATION Not all pest management solutions are the same. Once we have decided on a strategy, we work with you to treat the causes in ways that are best for your home, family, pets and the environment. We’ll develop a plan that targets cockroaches, ants and other common household pests inside and out, all year long. EVALUATION Year-round inspection, monitoring, and treatments help to ensure the protection of your home from pest infestation. The threat of pests is always present– it comes with the warm and wonderful North Carolina climate, but B&T Pest Control is always ready to serve you. We have been protecting homes from pests since 1982. Our goal is to provide you with quality pest control service in a manner that protects you and your family and to control the pest that you are having problems with. Year Round Pest Management Program This is our best service program. This is a year round program that provides continuous protection for you and your family. Certain insect infestations may initially require a monthly service, however, many insect problems can be handled with a quarterly pest management program. Our technicians will then choose a combination of products and utilize targeted applications to the problem areas on the inside in order to maximize effectiveness, and minimize any exposure to you or your family. We will then treat around the exterior of your home to stop pest from coming in. We will treat entry points around the windows and doors, the eaves that are within reach, the porches, decks, and patios, the garage if you have one, as well as the outside foundation wall, and around your vents and around your crawl space access if you have one. We then return on a regular basis throughout the year to treat the exterior perimeter to keep your home pest free. If during the year you have an emergency pest problem between services, we will get someone out to you as soon as we can at no additional charge! Odd Job Service This is a one time treatment. We will do the best job we possibly can, but because of the biology of certain insects, we cannot provide you a long term warranty for this type of service. Flea Magic Service This is a one time treatment that comes with a twelve (12) month warranty. While this service does have a one year warranty, fleas will not disappear overnight. After six weeks, we will provide call back services if fleas are discovered inside your house. Remember, proper care of your pet and treatment of your yard area also must be considered in an overall flea control program. Move-Out Flea Service If you are moving, and your lease requires you to have a flea treatment in order to get your deposit back, we offer an economical one time service just for these occasions. |
